I took steps I wouldn't so easily take on my own

It was very nice to connect with the other participants and encourage each other to take steps, which you would not so easily take on your own.

That could sometimes be very practical.

I was encouraged to take more breaks, so I received a reminder from another participant that I had to go for a walk in the afternoon, which was very nice!
